Our story
A room that asks you to stay.
Daybreak started with a simple idea: the best part of the day deserves a little room. So we built a place with warm light, honest coffee, and no rush to leave.
We're a small team of roasters, baristas, and early risers. We buy green coffee from growers we know, roast it in small batches in the back, and serve it without a lot of fuss. There are newspapers by the window, good pastries on the counter, and always one more chair.
